| In addition to the ensemble developed on the Buftea-Samurcaşi lakeshore there was a desire to build a small sport center available for the owners of the row houses. This additional project has suffered a series of adjustments on the way, finally opting for a version where the dominant part is the landscaping: a soccer and a sports field next to a pool.

of the complex is in a dialog with the eight buildings that started the investment. The apparent structure of the roof, that creates large consoles protecting the privacy of the gyms, the carefully studied full/hollow ratio and the general structure oriented towards an effective use of the spaces create from these two chapters of the project – the housing and the leisure – a coherent ensemble.
